Lost Lunch.

 The cicada managed to free itself from the web after quite a struggle. If you look closely on the enlarged version, you can just make out the web.

Junk Yard Cans.

 I visited a junk yard this afternoon to pick up some old bricks, and noticed these cans, all flattened, and taped. I do love visiting these yards, real treasure troves.

A Flying.......

 Maybe a heron, it was quite a distance away, I like it's silhouette.

 We had another night of gale force winds........  this is the view from the side of the house.

 I love this photo of Boyd smelling the leaf while he patiently waited for me to pick the tomatoes.

New Monarch Butterfly.

 This fella is about an hour old, and it's the third one I've missed coming out of the chrysalis :(
