I was going to get out & about after my night shifts to get some different pics, unfortunately the weather has been wet and very windy, along with wireless Broadband problems ...... hmmm, enough said!

Last Night Shift .....

..... I have this unhealthy obsession with Doves, I can't believe how evil they look and yet they're so unbelievably dumb, a bit like battery hens.

Seed Thief.

This cute wee fella and his mate have made a home under the door frame outside and come out to clean up the left over bird seed.

This pair was about 50 m away and I didn't see if the Heron finally ate the toad, he was playing with it for ages.

What a pleasant surprise to see a pair of these down at the river this morning.

Reflection.

This is the fence reflected in a pool of water on the outside table this morning after last nights rain, it was still quite overcast.

It's Wet .......

.......... just in time for my days off! I've been looking forward to getting out & about to take some different shots, Sod's law I reckon. Mind you the farmers around here will be jumping for joy, the rain is much needed.

Magpie Head.

The couple of magpies we have around here are busy dive bombing the parrots and doves to make sure they don't run off with any of the lamb scraps.
