A Bee.

It was lovely to see so many bees out and about today, although these were quite small.

Black Lamb.

This lamb is only 4 months old and as big as it's mother. It grazes for long spells without lifting it's head, and then snoozes again. I converted this to black + white as it shows the unusual facial markings better, but unfortunately the white strip around it's ears isn't that noticeable.

A Weed.

This weed was very pretty, but it was only slightly larger than a pin head.

Jersey Calf.

A neighbour's calf came to investigate what we were doing, we were about 30m away. I love the heart on her forehead.

Baby Magpie.

We have two young magpies around and they're very entertaining as they learn to feed and play. The key to not being swooped is to feed them.
