We are consistently in the high twenties over here (apart from yesterday)
Which would be nice if the heat were not accompanied by gale force winds.
As for prosperous, I think this year is going to involve a bit more fishing and pig-hunting. The still is going to get dusted off, too. Despite the 'official' word, food prices have rocketed- and petrol is now just under $2/litre.
I certainly don't miss those winds at all, but I do welcome the odd breeze we get here. I do hope you can take time from those horrific hours you're working for some recreation and getting the still into production! The pub here has just got 24 bottles of gin in, so guess where I'll be on my nights off call, haha.
Hi there,
It's fun checking out the garden to see what wild life is lurking, the scenery on my travels, or simply the weather.
I am using a Canon EOS 1000D digital camera.

A happy and healthy New Year to you, Gecko! And I love this pic, especially the colors.
We had a cold snap here-- freezing temperatures that make it look more like New England than Florida, with care trees and dead grass.
Could use some summer weather and a swimming pool right about now, ha.
Oops, meant "BARE" trees and grass, ha.
Thanks Karen. For once I'm more than happy with the weather, it's been lovely not being cold!
