It's lovely to see a striped caterpillar evolve into a beautiful butterfly.

It was good to see that their beautiful coats had regrown, as I don't think they suit being fleece free.

Quite amazing the things you see when you start checking the garden. These two were together for a very long time, and the wings were closed as there were other butterflies around.

Monarch Caterpillar Killer.

I finally found what was paralysing the caterpillars, and caught it in action. It looks like it has an ?appendage that pierces them, not just one, but quite a few in an area of the plant.

It's so delightful coming to the back door for something to eat,  talking and singing to us, and we don't get swooped.
