Emu and Chicks.

It's hard to believe that such beautiful looking chicks turn in to huge ugly birds.

Jabiru.

These are very shy birds and it's very strange to see them out west where there is no water anywhere.

'Roo Block.

These two 'roos were fighting when we came across them, and then wouldn't get off the road.

We've been packing and moving, hence the lack of photos lately.

We Need Rain.

The countryside is very dry at present, it's hard to imagine how much worse it could get, but it will. The long hot days will be arriving soon.

A black cockatoo found in nth Qld. They're usually very shy, but this one didn't mind having his photo taken.
