Was to be my fathers' 83rd birthday. Sadly, he passed away suddenly in January. He was a caring, loving and very forgiving father, and such a gentleman.
Hi Nilk, So sorry to hear about your dad. Fathers are such special people! Yes, he sure did play golf, three days a week and was insufferable if it was too wet. In fact he'd been on the course the day he took sick. No doudt he's comparing handicaps with your dad as we speak, old golfers always stick together :)
Hi there,
It's fun checking out the garden to see what wild life is lurking, the scenery on my travels, or simply the weather.
I am using a Canon EOS 1000D digital camera.

Gecko,
May God bless you both.
It is always with regret, that I hear a good man has passed on.
There just aren't enough of them to go around...
Thank you both, your comments mean alot to me. Pam
Gecko, I lost my dad back in feb, so I know where you're at.
I'm dreading christmas without him, and I'd forgotten about his birthday in september.
Ah, well, he's in God's hands, and with your dad.
Your dad play golf?
