I'm not sure what the name of this butterfly is, but I'm certainly happy to see some signs of spring!!

Before I got a chance to focus clearly, I thought it was a lizard's head. Can you see where the "eye" is that threw me off?
Gecko has that ability WEM. Often her pictures at first glance look nothing like what they actually are. And that's definitely a good thing. :)
It's a Red Admiral butterfly
we, this butterfly has great camouflage, I have one shot on the concrete path and there is no coloured "eye".
