It's late and i'm not hungry, and yet i find myself licking my chops at the sight of that.

i wonder if sheep know this, that that's how we see them, perhaps that is why they flee in the opposite direction when we're around. :)

OH, but they are so cute when they are little.

mk, after watching the sheep around here, I'm not sure they're able to even compute that! Mind you, humans do harass them a bit as far as tagging, shearing etc goes, they certainly don't have an exciting life.

jm, they are extremely cute, and I'm surprised at just how quickly they grow up.

Last night's conversation:

"what are those?"
"Mutton shanks"
"Can I have one- they look yum!"

"what are they?"
"mutton"
"what's that?"
"Sheep Meat"

"what... part of the sheep?"

"The leg"
"is this bit the guts?"
"no- it's all leg meat"

"I'm not hungry now!"

(Don't bother asking me about the sausages, then!"

Verja, the sheep were in the paddock next door and were keeping a close eye on me, they ran away just after I took this photo.
I'm sure you'll see some different, but great scenery where you are too :)
