Hi Ray Ban, and welcome. Your cats live in a pretty nice part of the world, and they'd certainly have to like the wind and rain if they visited here :)
I didn't realise they could the flu either MK, specially since they had been vaccinated. He's being cared for at the Vet's, in isolation, it hit him really hard. Not eating or drinking, high temp., etc, really do feel for him!
There you are! it was that private room that did the trick. Now he just needs a luxurious holiday at a five star Cat Spa so as to recuperate fully. Get well soon Alfie. Maxi purrs......
Hey Pompuss, nice of you to drop by :) I'm feeling heaps better thanks, in fact the best I've been for awhile..... I have the humans working overtime at present, fresh fish, cut how I like, then next meal is beautifully cut red meat. There seems to be a never ending supply of different meats, cheese, and not to forget the madeira cake, oh, and the electric blanket left on one for me ;)
Good to hear your slaves are looking after you Alfie. There's nothing like those intimations of mortality to get them to ramp up the cosset factor. Must head to the kitchen and pretend I've got a sniffle - mine might think I've caught K9 'flu' too.
Don't do it Pompuss--Alfie has become too expensive and spoiled, so I'm taking him back to the animal shelter and swapping him for a lower-maintenance model. The only reason he's still around is I haven't had time to bundle him into the car and ship him off.
Hi there,
It's fun checking out the garden to see what wild life is lurking, the scenery on my travels, or simply the weather.
I am using a Canon EOS 1000D digital camera.

Cheap at twice the price.
And it's not a "cell"--it's a private room!
My kittens would love to visit NZ!

Didn't know they could get the flu, poor fellow. Hope someone is tending to his needs. :)

He's home! And off outside exploring with his friend Mad Boyd. :-) They're very pleased to be together again.
