Heavens above, do you folks ever have a full on summer? Or is it just recently that it's started getting cold and less warm.
MK, I don't believe we do here, and I think it's getting colder. Although people remember "how hot it was last year" , all two days of it!
I didn't realize that NZ had such cold weather... I mean, it's the equivalent of mid-May for us!
Of course in Flori-DUH, I don't every see ice or snow, and most days in "winter" you could sunbathe.
My parents are originally frm Massachusetts, and Mom would joke that they have three seasons-- winter, July, and August. :-P
Karen, NZ, to me any way, has never been a very warm country, although NZ'ers will dispute that!
Spring is always quite unsettled, but I don't remember it staying so cold for so long. It will be interesting to see if we get a warm summer.......
