The difference in the size of their beaks at rest to fully open is quite amazing, and they are reasonably graceful when flying.

Hiya Gecko, we went to a couple of pelican 'places' when we were in Oz, one place had a feeding schedule set up which was really good but I can't remember the name of the place (blushes, obviously an age thing)
