We sent a few emails to various organisations to find out what this is.
Psittacular krameri is the official title. Although it's natural colour is green there are a number of mutations. This pair may have escaped from an aviary. (and I've had to stretch the telephoto lens a wee bit.)

They're not noisy at all MK, and we're stopped again for a couple of moths.

If that is a blue one, they are worth about $300 here.
!! yegods! That's $600 on the hoof for the two of 'em.
I'd rather see them flying around in the wild though.
